Sales Agent

RTM Dispatch Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Key Account Executives/Dispatch Executives, focusing on managing truck driver accounts and coordinating load bookings across the USA. This role is specifically related to the US-based truck dispatching business and does not involve local dispatch or mail services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain key truck driver accounts effectively.
- Coordinate and book loads for truck drivers operating within the USA.
- Communicate clearly with drivers and clients to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Utilize software tools such as MS Excel and Word to track and report dispatch activities.
- Work efficiently during the designated evening shift to meet operational demands.

Required Qualifications
- Strong command of English, with a preference for a US accent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is advantageous.
- This is a full-time position with a 9-hour shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, including a paid break.
- The workweek consists of five days, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Employees are entitled to 10 annual leave days after six months of employment, subject to prior approval.

- Compensation ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
