Sales Agent (Real Estate)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-level Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least one year of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. The role involves working morning shifts and requires occasional travel to meet client needs and support business operations. The position offers a competitive salary of 40,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying or renting process.
- Maintain and update client databases and sales records accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote listings.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel as required to meet clients, visit properties, and attend industry events.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in real estate.
- Educational background at the Intermediate level or a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work morning shifts and travel as needed.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics and sales techniques.
