The Sales Agent - Fresher position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore District. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates, introducing Global Easy Hire’s services and generating interest in global hiring opportunities. Daily activities include following call scripts, recording call outcomes, updating contact databases, and scheduling follow-up calls. The role also requires handling basic inquiries, providing accurate information about services, and collaborating with the team to meet call and conversion targets. Comprehensive training and ongoing guidance will be provided to help the individual develop professional communication skills and grow within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to promote Global Easy Hire’s services.
- Follow established call scripts and protocols to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Record call outcomes accurately and update contact databases regularly.
- Schedule follow-up calls and manage communication timelines effectively.
- Address basic inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Participate actively in training sessions to improve sales techniques and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills with confidence and clarity on sales calls.
- Clear speaking voice and ability to engage effectively over the phone.
- Basic customer service skills, including active listening, polite interaction, and professional objection handling.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to manage call lists, follow-ups, and daily activity targets.
- Fundamental computer literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM or call-tracking tools, and email.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Completion of secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is advantageous but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and meet performance metrics related to calling and lead generation.
