Sales and Marketing Executive

Dento Align, located in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking experienced Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably within the dental, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. This role involves actively promoting our clear aligner solutions by engaging directly with dental professionals and driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dental clinics regularly to meet with dentists and doctors, introducing and promoting Dento Align’s clear aligner products.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dental professionals to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, following up diligently with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets by implementing strategic outreach and follow-up activities.
- Maintain consistent communication with both existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing, ideally within dental, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to conduct face-to-face meetings with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel within Lahore for field visits to dental clinics and related locations.
- A professional demeanor combined with a strong, target-oriented approach to work.
