SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Rallys Equities (Private) Limited, a reputable brokerage house based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This full-time position involves acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships, and promoting stock market trading and investment services offered by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding and supporting clients throughout their trading journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other sales initiatives.
- Educate prospective clients about PSX trading, investment opportunities, and account opening procedures.
- Assist clients with the trading account opening and onboarding process.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into active trading accounts.
- Encourage newly onboarded clients to fund and activate their trading accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Keep clients informed about relevant market developments and investment opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and account-opening targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, brokerage, banking, financial services, or customer dealing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Confident and professional approach toward client interactions.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
