Sales and Marketing Manager (Retails)

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Manager with strong insight and experience in the Health & Fitness industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing marketing initiatives to meet aggressive weekly targets. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee advertising campaigns, develop promotional strategies, and contribute to the overall expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve aggressive weekly sales targets while managing the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage all sales and marketing operations, including conducting market research, delivering sales presentations, and analyzing sales and marketing trends.
- Perform managerial duties such as writing sales proposals and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports aligned with company growth objectives.
- Utilize digital marketing tools effectively, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, to support marketing campaigns.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
- Represent the fitness club at various events and exhibitions to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as develop community connections to strengthen sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up and public relations skills while managing deadlines and pressure effectively.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in direct sales, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills paired with a pleasant and professional personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
