The Activation Specialist at Red Wireless plays a crucial role in processing, auditing, and activating customer accounts and devices with precision and efficiency. This position ensures that all service requests, rate plans, and device configurations are accurately set up within internal systems while adhering to company policies and carrier requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Activate and validate customer orders following established standards and procedures.
- Accurately carry out activation processes, including account setup, SIM card activation, device configuration, and verification of all necessary documentation.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of activation-related documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide administrative support across the office, assisting with accounting and inventory management tasks.
- Utilize CRM software, specifically Pipedrive, to communicate effectively with staff and customers and manage order processing efficiently.
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or a similar operational environment.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or as an administrative assistant is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems strategically.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and a passion for technology.
- Basic understanding of Rogers’ products and services; experience in telecommunications sales is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work remotely from Lahore, operating within the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
