Sales and Promotion Officer

Big West Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales and Promotion Officer to join its expanding pharmaceutical sales team. This role involves engaging with healthcare professionals across an assigned territory to promote pharmaceutical products ethically and professionally. The ideal candidate will be career-oriented, self-driven, and committed to achieving sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, pharmacies, and relevant healthcare professionals within the assigned territory to promote products.
- Communicate product information clearly, professionally, and ethically to healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales and territory targets.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the territory.
- Ensure effective coverage of the territory while adhering to the company’s sales strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
