Sales Assistant

UpsideBuilders.co, a reputable construction company based in Islamabad, specializes in delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Pakistan. The company is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in Islamabad. This role is integral to supporting the sales department by managing customer interactions, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone and email, scheduling meetings, and coordinating closely with project and site teams. Maintaining and updating the CRM or sales tracking systems is a crucial part of the role to keep customer and project information current. The position requires providing professional customer service by sharing detailed information about the company’s services and assisting in follow-up activities aimed at converting leads into confirmed projects. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will support basic market research efforts, prepare sales reports, and assist in creating presentations and documentation for both internal use and client meetings.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for managing client inquiries and internal coordination effectively. A fundamental understanding of sales processes and comfort with supporting lead follow-up and conversion activities are required. Organizational skills are critical to managing schedules, records, and multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Relevant educational qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred. Prior experience in sales support and construction-related roles is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
