Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, contacts, deals, and opportunities using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to coordinate contracts, approvals, documentation, and internal handoffs. Identify and help resolve administrative bottlenecks impacting deal progression and support smooth transitions from prospect to customer onboarding.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, administrative support, or operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to coordinate meetings, calendars, and sales follow-ups effectively.
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Demonstrated follow-through and accountability in task completion.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with availability during U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
