Sales Assistant

E-Design Services is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our custom embroidery department at our Lahore office. This on-site position requires working evening hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, six days a week. The successful candidate will support the overseas team lead while coordinating closely with the local office team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer communications and accurately generate invoices using Shopify.
- Assist the overseas team lead and maintain effective coordination with the local office staff.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Help refine and maintain consistent customer messaging and tone across communications.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and catching any errors others might overlook.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working evening shifts and coordinating with teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, and email platforms.
