Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing property demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. Key Responsibilities

- Understand and accurately assess client requirements to offer suitable property options.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of property units and conduct site visits as needed.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track changes in their preferences and maintain engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- A degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; however, fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
