Sales Assistant SAP

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) activities and promptly respond to user queries.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic SAP user issues, coordinating their resolution efficiently.
- Maintain customer master data in line with the approved authorization matrix to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor Business Partner (BP) data and customer records within the SAP SD module for accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining customer master data, including sales area data, partner functions, and other relevant sales information, while adhering to authorized access levels.
- Oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process by coordinating with relevant departments to identify and resolve pending or delayed transactions.
- Prepare and maintain periodic sales reports, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and other essential management information.
- Monitor sales data accuracy, identify discrepancies between SAP records and reporting files, and coordinate with teams to implement necessary corrections.
- Guide users in understanding standard SAP SD procedures and ensure compliance with approved business processes.
- Provide support during new process implementations, system updates, and changes to existing procedures.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date sales information to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills to provide timely and effective support to internal users.

- Proficiency in SAP SD module with hands-on experience in supporting sales and distribution processes.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and customer master data management.
- Ability to troubleshoot SAP user issues and coordinate resolutions effectively.
