- Introduce the company’s services, understand prospect needs, and clearly explain how we can provide solutions.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline, then schedule appointments or close sales as appropriate.
- Handle objections professionally, maintaining momentum toward the next step in the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and lead statuses within the CRM system (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, conversations, appointments, and revenue generation.
- Conduct research on target industries and companies to refine and expand prospect lists.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on scripts, campaigns, and market feedback.
- Stay informed about our services, pricing, competitors, and industry trends to effectively position our offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business development.
- Ability and willingness to work consistent US shift hours.
- Comfortable working remotely with a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and quality headset.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner; a neutral accent is advantageous.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized, with the discipline to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
