Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, guiding potential trainees through our professional courses, and converting interested leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects effectively to meet monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential trainees who inquire through online advertisements.
- Communicate with leads primarily via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Clearly explain course details, including fees, schedules, and benefits.
- Assess candidates’ learning needs and recommend the most suitable courses.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update follow-up information regularly.
- Work diligently to achieve monthly enrollment and conversion goals.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with potential customers.
- Fresh candidates with relevant internships and excellent communication abilities are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and passionate about sales and customer engagement. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The position requires working in person at the designated work location.
