Sales Associate

Our client, a well-established company operating in the construction sector since 1998, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join their real estate team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing client inquiries, coordinating property visits, maintaining detailed client records, and supporting the sales process to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and accompany clients during visits to model apartments and various property sites.
- Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture interest.
- Maintain and regularly update client logs and lead records to ensure accurate tracking of interactions.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide relevant property options tailored to their needs.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
- Assist in converting interested leads into successful sales by providing support throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
