Sales Associate

Sheranwala Developers is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have between 0 to 1 year of sales experience, with prior exposure to real estate sales considered an advantage. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about available projects.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Assist clients throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 0-1 year of sales experience.
