The position is based at the Lahore and Rawalpindi offices of Fresenius Medical Care Pakistan. This role primarily involves providing 80% sales support and 20% administrative assistance, along with handling any other ad hoc assignments relevant to the regional office. The candidate will be required to conduct regular field visits to customer institutions, hospitals, and assigned accounts to carry out sales activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales and business development activities within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and healthcare institutions through regular visits, meetings, and follow-ups to promote Fresenius Medical Care products. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any customer-related issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory and work towards expanding the customer base in alignment with the company’s sales strategy.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of Delivery Notes (DNs), invoices, and Accounts Receivable (AR). Proactively handle sales assignments and collections, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed.
- Coordinate with the head office team for public sector business, including the preparation and submission of tender documentation, follow-ups, and updates on tender status.
- Keep detailed records of customer visits, interactions, follow-ups, account receivables, deliveries, sales activities, and other business-related tasks.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales progress, customer feedback, market trends, collection status, tender opportunities, and other territory-specific matters.
Branch Operations and Administrative Assignments:
- Supervise contractual support staff as part of administrative duties, including overseeing general office maintenance by engaging appropriate vendors in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records for submission to the head office, arrange payments for utilities, and assist with procurement activities as needed.
- Support the HR department with general branch administration tasks, including organizing company events, employee engagement activities, onboarding new employees, and maintaining security equipment.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by HR or line management.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a university graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in electromedical equipment or consumable sales within a reputable national or multinational company.
- Proficiency in computer applications along with strong written and spoken English skills.
- A pleasant personality with a positive and helpful attitude.
