Sales Associate / Sales Executive / Salesman

ChaseValue is seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesman/Sales Associate/Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, punctual, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. This role requires someone who can engage with customers effectively, support sales activities, and maintain a well-organized store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Sales Support: Assist customers in locating products, explain product features and benefits clearly, and identify opportunities to upsell when appropriate.

Merchandising: Maintain shelves to ensure they are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.

Cash Handling: Operate the cash register efficiently, process payments accurately, and issue receipts without errors.

Problem-Solving: Address customer questions and resolve complaints professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve store goals and foster a supportive work environment.

Punctuality: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and contribute to smooth daily store operations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Five Star Chowrangi, Nazimabad, Karachi. The working hours are from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
