We are currently seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting our service offerings effectively, and maintaining consistent follow-ups with prospects. The candidate will negotiate and close deals while collaborating closely with the technical team to develop tailored proposals. Maintaining accurate lead records, tracking sales activities, and contributing to overall business growth are also essential aspects of this position.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and new business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities are crucial. An interest in selling services related to website development, e-commerce, software, and digital marketing is important. The ability to follow up persistently and convert leads into long-term clients is required. Understanding B2B sales processes and client outreach strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working towards defined sales targets. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
