Sales Business Development

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth in the North American market. Key Responsibilities

Build Relationships: Understand client challenges, establish trust, and provide tailored solutions that support their business objectives.

Engage Prospects: Conduct proactive outreach through bold cold calls and personalized emails, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to connect with decision-makers.

Drive Results: Generate qualified leads, negotiate contracts, and consistently exceed sales targets with creativity and confidence.

Create Impact: Develop compelling marketing content and enhance the company’s presence on social media channels.

Collaborate: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize overall impact.

Track Progress: Maintain accurate records of activities and share insights to support ongoing growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle business development, preferably within services-as-a-solution or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport effectively.
- Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of the US and Canadian markets is considered an advantage.
- Creativity in crafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media strategies.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive within a dynamic team environment.
