Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects by actively prospecting potential clients and conducting lead generation activities. Engage with prospective and existing clients daily to present insurance products, explain policy features, and offer tailored solutions that meet client needs. Conduct market research to analyze customer segments and competitive offerings, enabling informed sales strategies. Prepare detailed sales proposals and maintain accurate records in compliance with company procedures. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service, timely policy issuance, and effective relationship management aimed at client retention and cross-selling.

Required Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate sales performance, and identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication skills to clearly present products, negotiate terms, and build long-term client relationships. Proficiency in lead generation and market research techniques to identify potential clients, segment markets, and develop targeted outreach strategies. Customer service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the policy lifecycle. Relevant experience in sales, business development, or financial services is highly advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with the ability to work effectively with data and reports. Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the Karachi office.
