The role involves supporting UAE operations by managing customer inquiries, generating bookings, following up on leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls from customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Promote Hala Drive’s daily, weekly, and monthly car rental services.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Clearly explain rental prices, vehicle availability, security deposits, and rental terms.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales effectively.
- Manage customer objections and negotiate professionally.
- Update customer details, leads, and booking information in the company’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the UAE operations team regarding vehicle availability and booking confirmations.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, call centers, or customer service is preferred.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong follow-up skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work according to UAE business operating hours.
