Echonet Services is seeking a motivated Sales Call Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential and existing customers via phone, identify their needs, clearly explain relevant products or services, and work diligently to meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to build lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Clearly introduce and explain company products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain consistent communication.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any questions.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance goals.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively toward sales targets.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
This is an on-site, phone-based sales position. Employees are expected to maintain professional communication at all times and comply with the company’s sales and workplace policies.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000 per month.
Work Location:
This role requires in-person attendance at the company’s office.
