Sales Closer – US Telecom Campaign

Xfer Solutions is currently looking for experienced Sales Closers to join a US Telecom Sales Campaign based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring candidates to work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and adept at managing qualified calls from US-based customers. The role focuses on clearly communicating offers, overcoming objections, and closing sales efficiently while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience. Compensation includes a competitive salary of up to PKR 70,000 along with uncapped commission opportunities, plus prospects for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified calls transferred by the front-end sales team.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with US-based customers.
- Present telecom and internet offers confidently and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Manage objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Verify customer and account information with accuracy.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow campaign guidelines and company procedures at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 6 months of prior sales or call center experience is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation.
- Proven ability to close sales over the phone.
- Excellent persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with motivation driven by performance.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional communication style.
- Must currently reside in Rawalpindi and be willing to work on-site.
- Availability for the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM is required.
- Remote or work-from-home options are not available for this role.
