Search Solution Pvt. Ltd., based in Johar Town L Block, Lahore, is looking for an experienced and persuasive Sales Closer to join their team full-time. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into long-term clients for digital marketing SEO campaigns. The Sales Closer will work closely with leads generated by telesales and marketing teams, conducting detailed consultations to understand client needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions. This position demands strong negotiation skills and confidence in presenting services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Local SEO (Google My Business optimization). The main goal is to close deals, build lasting client relationships, and contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth. Working hours are from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a salary range of PKR 150,000 to 200,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and contact qualified leads generated by telesales and marketing teams.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client business goals and marketing needs.
- Present customized digital marketing solutions including SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Google My Business Optimization.
- Explain clearly how these services can help clients generate leads and increase revenue.
- Handle client objections professionally and negotiate pricing and packages according to company policies.
- Close deals efficiently and ensure all agreements are properly documented.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and coordinate with project or account managers for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Keep accurate records of deals and client communications using CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales closing, preferably within digital marketing or IT services.
- Proven track record of closing deals related to SEO, PPC, or Web Development services.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client acquisition strategies.
- Ability to handle international clients, with preference for experience in US, UK, and Canadian markets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, conducting Zoom sales calls, and preparing proposal presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
