Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales coordination activities to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Interact directly with customers, providing outstanding service and addressing their inquiries and needs throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate and oversee sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of sales operations, facilitating efficient communication between departments.
- Support the sales team by tracking progress, preparing reports, and assisting with follow-ups.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Be willing and able to travel regularly as part of job responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in automotive sales or luxury retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills essential for engaging with diverse customers.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly as required by the role.
