Key Responsibilities
- Stay well-informed about the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
- Actively work on generated leads by making calls to achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments daily, ensuring at least one meeting is conducted each day.
- Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend the most suitable real estate projects.
- Assist potential clients during project site visits, providing detailed information and support.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and project stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Frequently visit various project sites to maintain up-to-date knowledge and build client confidence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
