Sales Consultant

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join its Project Sales team. The company connects buyers and sellers both within Pakistan and internationally, having secured significant funding rounds since its inception in 2012, totaling $29 million. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. You will represent Zameen.com’s brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide comprehensive briefings and demonstrations of relevant properties to clients.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase properties and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Follow up regularly with clients to track changes in their requirements and maintain engagement.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A genuine passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with the right attitude and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
