Sales Coordinator

International Pharma Labs is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join its team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations by coordinating daily activities, facilitating communication between the sales department and other internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the sales process. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to help the sales team achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide support to the sales team in meeting their goals.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and generate sales reports.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other necessary documentation related to sales transactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Accounts, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing.
- Monitor order fulfillment and follow up on any pending deliveries or outstanding payments.
- Assist in compiling sales performance reports and tracking progress against sales targets.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Perform additional sales coordination tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales operations is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The role requires the candidate to work on-site at the company’s location.
