Sales Coordinator

BLACK ROSE is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join its sales team in Lahore. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales operations by managing customer inquiries, maintaining sales documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on orders. The Sales Coordinator will help streamline communication between customers and the sales team, contributing to a smooth and reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to sales representatives to enhance their productivity. Respond promptly to customer inquiries by sharing accurate product or service information and directing requests to the appropriate team members. Maintain organized records of sales documentation, including order forms and customer communications. Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely processing and delivery. Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking key performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and finance to resolve any issues related to orders or customer accounts. Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars as needed.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and follow-up processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
