Sales & Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our telecom services team. In this role, you will assist customers with their telecom needs by explaining available services and packages, handling inquiries, and generating sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with existing and potential customers about telecom services and packages.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Generate new sales opportunities and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, chat, and email.
- Clearly explain service features, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Assist customers with account and service-related questions.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to support sales and customer retention efforts.
- Resolve basic customer issues professionally or escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall sales and customer service goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable engaging with customers and making sales offers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn CRM and other software systems.

- Previous experience in telecom, sales, customer support, call center, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
