Key Responsibilities- Communicate with international customers professionally in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential customers.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert interested prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Apply persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting sales performance goals.
- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- A positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Previous experience in an international call center, BPO, telesales, telemarketing, customer sales, or international sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English-speaking skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
