Sales developer Representative

Sensible BPO is currently expanding its team and seeking motivated and confident individuals to join their UK-based campaigns. The available positions focus on campaigns related to HDR, PCP, and Life Insurance. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad, with office hours from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The company offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build or advance their careers in the BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and confidently over the phone.
- Effectively communicate campaign-related information to potential clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong convincing and interpersonal skills to achieve campaign goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and managing conversations.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities to engage clients effectively.
- Relevant experience in BPO or similar campaigns is preferred but not mandatory.
