Sales Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, confident in communication, and eager to develop their skills in client engagement, digital selling, and business growth. Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career are highly encouraged to apply. The position offers a competitive salary along with commission, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. This is an in-person role and open exclusively to male candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients to identify and create new sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through chat and other digital platforms.
- Present the company’s services clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads to nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in generating leads and support daily sales operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Confidence in engaging with potential clients and building meaningful rapport.
- Genuine interest in sales, lead generation, and business development activities.
