Sales Development Representative | Call Center Job | US B2B Sales Campaign

Cipher Digital, a rapidly growing marketing company, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its sales team for a US-based campaign. This role primarily involves outbound cold calling and prospecting to generate leads and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, eager to grow professionally, and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule follow-up calls and meetings with potential customers.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects to support long-term business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in USA, UK, or other international sales campaigns.
- Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, sales, and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle back-to-back calls.
- Strong sales aptitude with persuasive communication skills.
- Punctuality and a strong desire to excel in a sales career.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or IT sales campaigns is highly advantageous.
- Competitive basic salary up to PKR 100,000 per month, with an uncapped incentive and commission structure.
