Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic trucking and dispatching team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in the logistics industry while developing strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will contribute directly to expanding our carrier network and supporting operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential carrier partners to grow and diversify the network.
- Conduct outreach efforts to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Manage and support the onboarding process by collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate carrier documentation and agreements.
- Provide guidance and assistance to carriers to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet supply targets and facilitate seamless integration of new carriers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to perform well under pressure.

Additional Information
- Compensation ranges from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000 per month.
- This is an in-person role based at World Trade Center, Giga Mall, DHA Phase 2.
- Working hours are from 6 PM to 2 AM.
