Sales Development Representative

Correlation One is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site in Karachi. Our mission is to help organizations enhance their AI and data capabilities across their workforce. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in initiating conversations with enterprise teams across the United States, helping to open doors and create opportunities for our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage enterprise accounts.
- Book meetings with US-based buyers by leveraging various communication channels including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Confidently interact with senior decision-makers to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients through effective outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and optimize engagement efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting within enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated success in booking meetings with buyers based in the US.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage senior-level decision-makers via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable working on-site in Karachi.
