Sales Development Representative

Folicx is seeking proactive and growth-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team on-site at our Karachi office located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about outbound sales and business development. The position requires working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive basic salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 70,000, along with additional perks such as a petrol allowance, performance-based bonuses with potential earnings up to PKR 130,000, quarterly appraisals, and clear growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling and appointment setting using Google prospecting techniques to generate leads.
- Book qualified meetings and create pipeline opportunities through cold calling and email outreach campaigns.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain momentum in conversations to progress sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Identify decision-makers and uncover new business opportunities through structured and strategic prospecting efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B outreach or lead generation roles.
- Strong ability to independently research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and conversational skills to engage prospects confidently.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve performance.
