Sales Development Representative

We are a dynamic start-up specializing in services such as Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Sales, and HubSpot Automation. Our team consists of over 30 representatives with a combined experience exceeding 40 years. We are currently seeking motivated individuals who are eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company and its products or services clearly and confidently.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and either transfer them or schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and outcomes using CRM software.
- Follow up with warm leads or previously contacted prospects as necessary to nurture relationships.
- Handle objections professionally and respond to basic questions regarding the company’s offerings.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English with confident and clear communication skills.
- Experience with B2B outreach or lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with sales funnels or appointment-setting platforms.
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and performing accurate data entry.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for night shift work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer support is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in international sales is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- The salary package is negotiable and can go up to PKR 70,000, depending on experience and skill set.
