Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help expand our digital marketing services portfolio. This role focuses on promoting PPC ads, social media advertising, and other paid marketing solutions through proactive outbound outreach and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing sales and be comfortable engaging potential clients to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities primarily through cold calling prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their marketing goals and offering customized solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the digital marketing space, specifically with PPC and paid advertising services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Minimum of one year of experience handling outbound sales calls and lead generation.

Shift and Compensation:
This position operates on a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 4 AM. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, commission, and recurring revenue from sales generated, with earning potential up to PKR 140,000 or more per month.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the office.
