Sales Development Representative

Rizing Metrics, a dynamic digital marketing company headquartered in Maryland, USA, is seeking motivated and confident SEO Sales Agents to join their team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position operates during the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 60,000 per month, along with a high commission structure that enables earnings of PKR 100,000 or more. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients to promote SEO and digital marketing services.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate SEO packages tailored to their business goals.
- Follow up on leads consistently and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities for reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in SEO sales or digital marketing sales is essential.
- Strong English communication skills with a confident and clear voice to engage international clients effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and persuasive with the ability to handle objections and close deals successfully.
