Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers through calls and other assigned sales channels.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

Maintain accurate sales records and meet assigned performance targets.
Build strong customer relationships to maximize conversions.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in prospecting, pitching, and closing sales.
Strong self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work night shifts.
Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.

Important Compensation Notice This is a commission-only position. No base salary or fixed monthly compensation is provided. Commission amounts range from PKR 10,000 to PKR 150,000 per successful sale, subject to the applicable sales campaign, eligibility criteria, and commission policy.
