Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and online platforms. Your efforts will focus on nurturing leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and supporting pipeline growth through consistent outreach and follow-ups. Additionally, you will conduct market research and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure effective sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tactical sales activities including cold calling and lead generation campaigns
- Manage inbound and outbound marketing efforts to engage potential clients
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team to drive business growth
- Maintain and update CRM entries to track lead progress and sales pipeline

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and inside sales
- Proven skills in lead generation and business development
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English, with the ability to work effectively across cultures
- Experience in B2B or service-based sales environments preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Additional Details
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sahiwal, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role is suited for entry-level candidates aged between 22 and 45 years. There are five openings available, and the position is designated for male candidates. The salary range offered is between PKR 40,000 and 80,000 per month. The job falls within the services industry and requires evening shift availability.
