BPO Impact is hiring confident, articulate, and driven sales professionals to join our growing US B2B Construction Services Campaign.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, a professional attitude, and 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, cold calling, or appointment setting.

We work with Smart Constructs, a US-focused construction services business supporting contractors, builders, and construction companies with professional drafting, design, construction estimation, and pre-construction services.

We're looking for someone who can communicate confidently with US-based business owners, build meaningful business relationships, and turn conversations into sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based contractors, builders, and business decision-makers.
Introduce our construction and pre-construction services professionally and confidently.
Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and qualify sales opportunities.
Book qualified appointments and generate new business opportunities.
Handle objections professionally and maintain engaging sales conversations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

Who We're Looking For

1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Excellent spoken English with strong clarity, fluency, and conversational confidence.
A professional communication style and the ability to engage US-based clients.
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to handle objections.
A confident, persuasive, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
Willingness to learn about construction, drafting, design, and estimation services.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
Comfortable working the night shift and commuting to our Township, Lahore office.

Educational Preference: Candidates with an O-Level/A-Level educational background or strong English-medium education are encouraged to apply. However, excellent communication skills, relevant experience, and sales potential are our primary priorities.

Industry Experience That Gives You an Edge

Experience in B2B sales, construction, real estate, roofing, solar, home improvement, drafting and design, estimation, or other US-focused sales campaigns will be an advantage.
