We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, generate leads, understand their needs, and convert these prospects into business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to engage professionally with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to foster trust and interest.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls and lead generation.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally and persuasively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective follow-up on qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and lead generation progress.
- Continuously enhance communication, sales techniques, and objection-handling skills.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and communication standards at all times.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent graduate qualification is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and persuasive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and maintain motivation.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
