Sales Engineer

Fibre Craft Industries, a leading manufacturer of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) composite products in Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join their team in Harbanspura, Lahore. The company serves diverse sectors including textile, industrial, fertilizer, renewable energy, food, and infrastructure by providing innovative and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their technical needs, and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within industrial and commercial sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and corporate clients.
- Accurately assess customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client meetings to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client engagements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with prior B2B sales experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
- Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs)
- Construction and Building Materials
- Textile Industry
- Solar Industry
