We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi, specializing in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. This full-time, onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization. The position requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Candidates residing in Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings to ensure satisfaction and promote business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Dispatch teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and CRM data.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage client interactions and sales processes effectively.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales is considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 65,000.
- Attractive commission structure starting at PKR 3,000 and increasing beyond PKR 80,000 based on performance.
