Sales Executive - BPO

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our BPO sales team based in Islamabad's Blue Area. This role operates on a night shift schedule and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of experience in BPO or call-center sales and possess strong communication and persuasive skills in English. This position requires in-person attendance and a commitment to meeting sales targets through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with both potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up on leads consistently to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities regularly to ensure data integrity.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in BPO or call-center sales environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to convince and influence customers effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as per business requirements.
