Sales Executive - Chat Based

Sync Pulse is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Design Campaign as Chat-Based Sales Agents. This role is an excellent opportunity for students, fresh graduates, or anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and the digital creative industry. Successful candidates will interact with potential clients through chat, understand their design needs, recommend suitable services, and build strong, lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with potential clients via chat platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate design services.
- Engage with clients across various digital and social media platforms.
- Convert inquiries and conversations into successful sales.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in English communication.
- Strong written English skills.
- Familiarity with Twitch, Discord, and other digital or social platforms.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience ranging from zero to twelve months; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Working hours are organized into two shifts: Shift 1 from 6:30 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) and Shift 2 from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Monday to Saturday).
- This is an on-site position located at Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13D, Karachi.
- The salary package includes a basic pay ranging from PKR 15,000 to 20,000, with additional commissions and bonuses.
- Earnings potential ranges from PKR 50,000 to 100,000 per month, depending on performance.
